Supreme Hotel Baku

A very clean and tidy hotel.Rooms are spacious and furniture is well maintained.Nice shiny and very clean wash rooms supplied with all utilities.Daily house keeping is remarkable.A well spreader buffet breakfast with multiple choices to eat. The hotel staff is remarkable, everyone carrying a smile on the face and prepared to help you out incase you need them. Mr kannan,a young,good looking boy was there on the airport to receive us.He helped us in keeping our luggage in the car. The manageress Saida Khanum is a very energetic lady who is always there from morning till night to look after the hotel affairs and help the guests. Front desk boy Mr Orxan is a wonderful boy who is always there to solve your queries and help you out. My loads of thanks,gratitude and good wishes to sweet,smart,young girl,Miss Aygun who always carries a broad smile on her face.She was a great source of inspiration and help for us.She was there with open heart to guide us whenever we needed.My best wishes to her in her career ahead. I must say that I have been travelling and staying in different 4,5 stars hotel but this Supreme hotel stay was the most remarkable and full of joy.

Everything was perfect especially Orxan At reception was very helpful and friendly.The room was very clean we loved it most. breakfast was also good but i think it would be better if they add some more foods)

Location is a bit far away of city center, but easy access by taxi which is not expensive, staff was wonderful. They made me feel as if I am at home. In past 20 years I have visited more than 45 countries and I have stayed at many 5 star chain hotels and I think I am capable to compare hotels due to this experience, I can say this hotel is wonderful, I will always stay at this hotel on my next trips to Baku. I will never forget warm smiles of Hasan, Azer and Vafa at reception, delicious fried egss of chef Aga, smiling service of Tura, and helpful behaviors of Saida, I also want to thank to Hayale Hanim. You can convert money at hotel with same exchange currency as in city center which is very helpful, there is super restaurant near hotel and a supermarket, there is also a night club near hotel which I haven't been so I can't not make any comment. Restaurant near hotel is perfect, supermarket is big enough to find everything. I recommend you to stay at this hotel if you would like to stay as if at your own home

Very clean and tidy place. The room had a weird smell when we entered for the first time, but then quickly realised that the smell of that of the chemical they used to clean the washroom. Everyday the rooms are cleaned and towels were replaced even without being asked to. The lobby and the settings might not seem to be ultra fancy but the rooms are good enough. Ver well behaved staff, thought everyone does not know fluent english. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a peaceful stay in Baku.
